For any guest requesting wheelchair assistance at the pier; bringing on equipment such as a wheelchair, a scooter or a CPAP/BIPAP machine; in need of a sharps container; carrying on oxygen or having it delivered; and/or guests with food allergies or special dietary needs, please complete the Celebrity Special Needs Form (link below) no later than Friday, December 1, 2017.
